Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Represent companies in workers' compensation proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to strategize solutions for complex issues
• Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and maintain strong client and peer relationships
• Some travel travel for court hearings or to meet with clients occasionally in person

Qualifications::

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar
• 5+ years experience in worker's compensation law
• Proven track record of representing clients in workers compensation cases
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
• High level of professionalism and ethics
• Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research software
