Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Based in Buffalo, NY & Albany, NY our client is a dynamic and reputable law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Our team of dedicated attorneys specializes in various practice areas, and we are currently seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join our firm.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in Labor & Employment
• Admitted in NY, in Good Standing
• Strong Writing, Communications and Research
• Discovery experience, LexisNexis, West Law experience
• Experience advising on Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations, Compliance

Duties:

• Advise Clients on Federal, State, and Local Labor Laws
• Represent Clients before Governmental agencies: EEOC, DOL
• Draft, Review and Negotiate Employment Contracts
• Handle Lawsuits including Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, Harassment, etc
• Guidance on addressing workplace issues: disciplinary actions, employee grievances
