Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per year

Our client is a dynamic and reputable law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Our team of dedicated attorneys specializes in various practice areas, and we are currently seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join our firm.

• Health Insurance: Firm contribution
• Short Term Disability: Firm pays entire premium, 60% of weekly salary
• 3% Match on 401k

• 3 weeks PTO + 1 day gained for every year

• 37.5hr work weeks//Standard hours 8:30-4:30

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Insurance Litigation
• Barred in NY, in Good Standing
• Strong Writing, Communications and Research
• Discovery experience, LexisNexis, West Law experience
• Experience advising on Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations, Compliance

Duties:

• Conduct depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies.
• Draft litigation papers.
• Manage cases independently.
• Perform investigations.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Report to insurance carriers and other clients.
• Summarize medical document review.
