We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in our financial planning, strategic decision-making processes, and will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, developing complex financial models, and producing financial forecasts
2. Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to assist in strategic decision-making
3. Developing and maintaining debt models, including the analysis of debt structures
4. Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth
5. Conducting risk assessments and providing mitigation strategies
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights
7. Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the homebuilding or real estate development industry
3. Proven experience in debt modeling and financial forecasting
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and produce insightful financial reports
