Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate financial reporting of assigned properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform monthly full-cycle accounting functions, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and monitoring/reviewing receivables and payables
2. Responsible for the complete monthly draw process including the preparation of cost reports and billings to owners
3. Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
4. Handle payment of real estate taxes
5. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports
6. Managing GL ledgers and daily reconciliations

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the construction and real estate industry
3. Proven experience with the complete monthly draw process
4. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP
