Salary: $120,000 - $220,000 per year

We're looking to add a Senior Audit Manager and an Audit Manager for a hybrid remote role. We have offices in Walnut Creek, CA and Reno, NV so you need to live in either geography. This is a full time, direct hire position, where you can work from home up to 3 days per week.

For Audit Senior:

• Assist with engagement planning, conduct accounting research, and supervise staff throughout audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Perform critical reviews of audit, review, and compilation procedures, as well as financial statements, while executing and preparing more complex audit procedures.
• Research and explain technical issues clearly to staff, encouraging and motivating them to enhance their technical skills.
• Manage workflow between staff and management by identifying priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients through professionalism, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.

For Audit Manager:

• Take full responsibility for client engagements, including thorough engagement reviews, scheduling, staffing, timing, and resolving technical issues as needed.
• Ensure successful completion of engagements by proactively identifying and addressing problem areas with minimal oversight.
• Manage, supervise, and mentor Staff and Senior accountants, fostering their professional development, providing technical guidance, and maintaining a positive team environment.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned staff and manage ongoing performance.
• Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
