Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all facets of construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Employ construction management tools and software for effective project coordination.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor work quality, safety adherence, and project timeline compliance.
• Manage project finances including cost estimation, expense tracking, and implementing cost-effective strategies where feasible.
• Interpret construction schematics and blueprints to guide project teams accurately during execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience
• Demonstrated track record as a Construction Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Sound understanding of construction processes, protocols, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
