Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Manager to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multifamily construction projects, providing strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in owning projects from start to finish with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence.

As a Senior Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
2. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
4. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
5. Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
6. Coordinating and managing contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
7. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
8. Managing risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
9. Coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.
10. Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the position of Senior Construction Manager will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a specific focus on ground up, multifamily construction projects.
2. Proven working experience in construction management including record of successful project completion.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
6. Excellent time and project management skills.
7. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage contractors and subcontractors.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
10. Relevant certification such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an advantage.
11. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
12. Proficient in construction management software packages.
13. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
14. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
