We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic Data Center Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and have a passion for technology, specifically in data center solutions. If you have a knack for building long-lasting relationships, a proven track record in territory sales, and hands-on experience with mission-critical projects, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and present appropriate product solutions.
  • Drive the entire sales process: identify and qualify prospects, deliver detailed product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management about progress and forecast.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and workshops as required.
  • Manage and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record in territory management and prospecting.
  • Solid experience in territory sales, specifically in data center solutions, server racking, cooling solutions, critical power supply, and networking equipment.
  • Experience in managing mission-critical projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
