We are on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Permanent Account Executive (IT Infrastructure) to join our leading technology company. This role is integral to our sales department and will focus on driving the growth and success of our IT Infrastructure services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies that increase our market share and maximize profits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Promote the entire range of IT Infrastructure products and services to assigned customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
  • Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, data solutions, security products, lead generation, direct sales, solution selling, and sales strategy.
  • Proven track record in sales environment and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, selling skills, and ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Up-to-date with latest industry trends and best sales techniques.
