Job Details

Base: $110-140k (80/20 Base/Commission)

Total Comp: $130-175k+

Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Account Executive (SaaS Sales) to join our growing team in the Software industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base, driving revenue, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a proven track record in Sales and Revenue generation, preferably within the SaaS landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation plans.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop strategic territory business plans.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS organization is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to position products against competitors.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
