The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience and possess strong financial acumen. This role involves maintaining financial records, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and subsidiary accounts.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any issues.
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tax return preparation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors during audits.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Current CPA or CPA eligible (financial assistance provided!)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
