Job Details

Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Project Engineer, your duties will include:

  1. Assist the management team with drafting proposals, requests, and budgets.
  2. Collaborating with project management teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  3. Conducting system performance evaluations and implementing necessary modifications to optimize efficiency.
  4. Ensuring all HVAC systems comply with health and safety regulations.
  5. Providing technical support and guidance to the project team.
  6. Preparing project reports and documentation.
  7. Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  8. Staying up to date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or similar experience
  3. Proficiency in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering.
  4. Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and operation.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  6. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  9. Proficiency in using HVAC design software (Microsoft Project preferred).
  10. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
