We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Permanent Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. This critical role will oversee all aspects of our comprehensive rehabilitation and long term care program, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our population, while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
  3. Supervising a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive, individualized care plan for each resident.
  5. Managing the nursing home’s budget and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.
  6. Facilitating communication between residents, their families, and staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  7. Continually assessing and improving the geriatric rehabilitation program, keeping up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.
  8. Ensuring a positive, supportive, and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Current state license or eligibility
  • 3+ years of current experience as the Administrator in a LTC, SNF, Sub-Acute, or similar setting preferred
  • Stable Work History
  • Proven Census and Survey Improvement experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations and guidelines
  • Strong Financial Acumen
  • Ability to lead and supervise professional and administrative staff
