As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will:

  1. Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters related to medical malpractice, wrongful death, and sexual assault.
  2. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all relevant facts and evidence.
  3. Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs, and argue cases in state and federal courts.
  4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that aligns with their best interests.
  5. Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights and legal options.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service at all times.
  7. Stay updated on current laws and regulations, applying them to cases as needed.
  8. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Litigation Attorney position will possess the following:

  1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  2. Admission to the state bar.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with significant experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and sexual assault cases.
  4. Proven track record of successfully litigating complex cases from inception to conclusion.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes in a fair and equitable manner.
  6. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and formulate effective strategies.
  7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters to clients.
  8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  9. Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
