Job Details

The Investor Relations Analyst will manage and execute the company’s investor relations strategy.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the quarterly earnings process, including preparing and distributing press releases, earnings call scripts, Q&A documents, analyst estimates, peer analyses, market research, and related materials

Work alongside the Vice President of Investor Relations and senior management to craft and implement investor communication strategies that align with the company’s financial goals and messaging

Regularly review analyst models, estimates, shareholder analysis, and peer comparisons to support investor relations initiatives and strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate how analyst estimates compare with internal forecasts

Help plan and execute the annual schedule of investor relations activities, facilitating direct engagement with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community

Collaborate with internal departments to stay updated on business fundamentals, financial performance, operational developments, and other key company activities

Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and handling concerns in coordination with the Vice President of Investor Relations

Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other stakeholders to improve the company’s visibility and market reputation

Support senior management in the preparation of board presentations, employee town halls, special projects, and presentations for conferences and roadshows

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

At least 2 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or corporate lending, preferably within the oil and gas sector

Willingness to travel as required

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as FactSet/Capital IQ, and the Microsoft Office suite
