Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a fast-paced, results-oriented group. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of new, and renewal, accounts, in keeping with agency and individual producer goals. The Account Executive provides field service in support of producer activities, as well as maintains high service standards.

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Market, service, and retain assigned accounts while achieving development and retention goals.

Risk Analysis: Perform risk analysis surveys, obtain renewal information, and provide comprehensive coverage recommendations.

Client Interaction: Assist in presenting insurance programs and negotiating with insurance companies to secure optimal coverage.

System Management: Maintain client files and perform all necessary transactions using our computer system.

Professional Development: Participate in seminars and training to maintain required licenses and develop your expertise.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management; especially within commercial insurance or property & casualty insurance.
  • Valid state Property and Casualty License.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An insurance designation such CIC, CPCU is preferred.
