Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:
- Ensure accurate/quality/competitive/profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs/scopes/contracts/drawings/budgets, bid docs/strategies/deadlines, and follow estimating procedures
- Sub/material/vendor quotes, estimate handoff/job pre-planning, market evaluation, value engineering, and jobsite inspections
- Material/equipment/labor cost calculations, change order estimates, and client relationships/networking
- Projects include commercial, TIs, design/build, government facilities, multi-family, healthcare, and education
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience estimating drywall projects
- Must be proficient in QuickBid
- Prefer knowledge of Southern Nevada construction market
