JMH Companies is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive our B2B and D2C marketing efforts and spearhead strategic campaign development.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and D2C digital marketing strategies: Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI across both B2B and D2C segments.Lead strategic campaign planning and execution: Oversee the development, implementation, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, catering to both B2B and D2C audiences.Manage and optimize digital marketing channels: Maintain and optimize company websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Manage SEO Company to ensure all strategies are aligned. Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Measure and analyze marketing performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, analyzing performance across both B2B and D2C segments. Utilize analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, business intelligence, IT and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact across both B2B and D2C segments.Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, considering the unique needs of both B2B and D2C markets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in B2B and D2C digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategic campaign planning and execution.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across both B2B and D2C segments.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, web content marketing, social media, and paid social and online advertising, with a focus on tailoring strategies for both B2B and D2C audiences.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions for both B2B and D2C segments.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) is preferred.Experience with Contentful CMS System is a bonus.
