As the Associate Marketing Manager on our dynamic International Sales and Marketing Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the global success of Jazwares' diverse portfolio of innovative toys. By providing essential support to our International Territory Managers and their distributors, you will help bring joy to children and families worldwide, making a meaningful impact on our brand's global footprint. Your contributions will help drive our mission of delivering imaginative, high-quality play experiences that inspire creativity and fun across every corner of the globe.What you will do:Collaborate closely with International Marketing Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing resources available for each brand in the Jazwares portfolio, such as international brand decks, marketing toolkits, and creative assets.Serve as the primary point of contact for International Territory Managers and distributors by providing images, marketing assets, and organizing submissions before sharing them with International Marketing Managers.Follow up with distributors to gather missing information, collect data such as marketing calendars, retail placement grids, and quarterly marketing commitments, and coordinate distributor mailings, including new asset availability or office closure updates.Build and maintain a live library of distributor marketing activations, organizing decks by the distributor with in-store images, campaign summaries, and market insights, and sharing monthly highlights with International Marketing Managers.Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop tools and processes that support International distributors, including maintaining an onboarding document for resource access and collaborating with the Photography team to request and track image production for international markets.Lead the planning and coordination of Sales Previews by creating and maintaining calendars, communicating preview dates to distributors, and managing food and meeting room logistics with the LA office.Manages People:
NoWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered.1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a relevant field.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G-Suite.Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in simple, clear terms.Critical and creative thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring efficiency in all tasks.Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with ease.Adaptable and flexible, able to shift priorities quickly as needed.Outstanding customer service skills, professional demeanor, and a talent for building and maintaining positive working relationships.Eager to develop an in-depth understanding of our brands and products.Working ConditionsEnvironment:
