Are you passionate about aviation and have a knack for sales? We are seeking a dynamic Aviation Account/Sales Director to join our team on a permanent basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in aviation services. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in aviation sales, business development, rotables, aircraft components, and parts inventory. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As an Aviation Account/Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets.
  2. Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the aviation industry.
  4. Leading negotiations and closing deals with both existing and potential clients.
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
  6. Providing expert knowledge on rotables, aircraft components, and parts inventory to clients.
  7. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the aviation industry.
  8. Preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management decisions.
  9. Participating in industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's services.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in aviation sales, business development, rotables, aircraft components, and parts inventory.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills.
  4. Strong understanding of the aviation industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions.
  8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
