Job DetailsJob Details:

You will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring all accounting activities comply with legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Conducting account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts.
- Maintaining the general ledger chart of accounts.
- Assisting with initial internal control evaluations.
- Posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals.
- Assist with fund-level accounting and reporting
- Account/bank reconciliations.
- Reviewing and processing expense reports.
- Assisting with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Implementing and maintaining report procedures and controls.
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
- Assisting the Controller with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis.
- 2+ years of lease accounting experience
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Experience with consolidations or accounting for joint ventures
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to direct and supervise.
- Knowledge of GAAP reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
