Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to apply their expertise in a fast-paced environment, while also playing a crucial role in the financial success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and a knack for problem-solving, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasts to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial transparency, and drive overall business performance.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of the NetSuite system to ensure accurate financial reporting and data analysis.
• Participate in the development and support of strategic projects, including system implementations, acquisitions, and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An advanced degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior-level accounting or financial management role.
• Proven experience with the month-end close process and financial reporting.
• Solid experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Administration.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels across the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
