Position Overview:

The Brand Manager will support and assist the Brand Management Team with growing the client’s business and overall brand. This individual will earn and keep each client’s respect and confidence as a trusted advisor bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, and the ability to work with a team to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions. It is essential for this person to have an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and consumer behavior. The Brand Manager will oversee processes, deliverables and timelines.

Responsibilities:

A commitment to learning, growing, and continuing to advance at the individual, brand team, and agency level

Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of client’s brand, target customers, industry/competition, business objectives, activation plans, and performance indicators

Exceptional project management skills as well as ability to effectively manage internal and client triage under tight deadlines; support senior members of brand management team

Contribute to discussions with internal team members, helping to set clear expectations on timeline and deliverables and communicating them to multiple stakeholders clearly

Collaborate with work flow team to ensure client deliverables are understood by relevant internal teams and scheduled; partner with workflow to ensure timely delivery

Work across the agency to develop accurate and informed scopes of work, including schedules and budgets; help manage budgets and accurate client billing

Anticipate and detect areas of conflict and opportunities to avoid financial, operational and/or strategic issues – address or escalate each issue quickly and smartly

Proactively identify opportunities to effectively achieve client business goals and propose actionable solutions to senior members of the brand management team

Qualifications:

The right candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and two+ years of experience working for a leading brand, advertising, or social/digital agency

A willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a relentless collaborator, leader and innovator – and a desire to never stop learning or growing

Unmatched work ethic and motivation to deliver exceptional results; measure success by results and willing to do what it takes to deliver

Excellent analytical skills, commitment to a client objectives, and proven ability to manage expectations
