Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
A bit about us:We are representing a well-established civil litigation law firm based in Melbourne, FL that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team!

Responsibilities:
- Management of case files
- Draft and file pleadings via the State of Florida E-Portal that comply with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
- Prepare discovery and discovery responses
- Prepare subpoenas to obtain records
- Summarize (medical) records and billing charges
- Interaction with expert witnesses
- Trial preparation
- Legal research
- Recording billable hours
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.
- Experience with Clio and FasterSuite helpful but not mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
