Salary: $220,000 - $275,000 per year

B2C experience is a plus - service industry, preferably residential services

This position will direct all aspects of IT including, but not limited to, the following: Intake and Demand Management, Cybersecurity, Software & Salesforce Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML Development, Architecture Governance, Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructures, Networks, Vendor & Budget Management, Helpdesk, Telephony & WFM systems, Project Management, BA & QA Deliveries.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems required, Master's degree preferred

Minimum 3 years experience in Executive IT role reporting to the CEO, CFO or COO

2+ years security industry experience preferred

Must have Salesforce and call center technology experience (preferred experience with Salesforce would be Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning, CPQ, Communities, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud)

Strong experience in broad technology program/project methodologies, specifically Agile/SCRUM.
