Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Technology and Manufacturing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of high-impact strategic projects, steering the coordination of cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects related to technology and manufacturing, ensuring objectives are met within agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and synergy to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the operation of manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, operational efficiency, and quality control.
• Develop and implement project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Utilize industry knowledge and technical expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors, to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, effectively communicating project status, issues, and successes.
• Drive the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization, contributing to the development and refinement of project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a program management role within the technology and manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing manufacturing facilities.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technology trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet project requirements and stakeholder needs.
