Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year

Job Details

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is not for the faint-hearted but for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner while meeting the highest quality standards. You will be the lynchpin between various departments, coordinating efforts and ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  2. Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  3. Review and analyze engineering drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
  4. Prepare and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring they accurately represent project needs and are aligned with company objectives.
  5. Develop and manage project budgets, controlling costs to ensure project profitability.
  6. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, overseeing their work to ensure it meets project specifications.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  2. Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
  3. Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  4. Experience in preparing and managing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  5. Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
  6. Strong experience in coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
  7. Proficient in contract management, with a strong understanding of contract terms and conditions.
  8. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
