We are a growing IT solutions company seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, receipts, and invoices.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and handle payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax filings in a timely manner.
• Work closely with management to provide insights into the company’s financial health.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
