Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and improve manufacturing processes and products to increase efficiency and quality.
- Conduct detailed engineering analyses to identify and solve complex technical issues.
- Create and modify engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software and SolidWorks.
- Design and prototype new products, as well as improve existing ones.
- Perform mechanical testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Use Allen Bradley PLC to program, troubleshoot, and optimize automated manufacturing systems.
- Continually stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our manufacturing processes and products at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in a mechanical engineering role.
- Proven experience with engineering analysis, product development, manufacturing processes, prototyping, mechanical testing, machine design, and 3D printing.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings, CAD software, and SolidWorks.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
