Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and improve manufacturing processes and products to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct detailed engineering analyses to identify and solve complex technical issues.
  • Create and modify engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software and SolidWorks.
  • Design and prototype new products, as well as improve existing ones.
  • Perform mechanical testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Use Allen Bradley PLC to program, troubleshoot, and optimize automated manufacturing systems.
  • Continually stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our manufacturing processes and products at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in a mechanical engineering role.
  • Proven experience with engineering analysis, product development, manufacturing processes, prototyping, mechanical testing, machine design, and 3D printing.
  • Proficiency in engineering drawings, CAD software, and SolidWorks.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
