Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
A bit about us:Our legal firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Attorney to join our Civil Department. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation and be a first chair trial attorney. The candidate must also be bilingual in Spanish and have a passion for the legal industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and ensure excellent communication throughout the legal process
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of California
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience as a first chair trial attorney
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction
