Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

We are looking for an estimator for our mechanical HVAC team in New Jersey who will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating bid service HVAC proposals. You will also develop comprehensive and accurate HVAC system estimates and proposals, coordinating closely with the project team and field technicians to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with project requirements. Maintain detailed records of bid documents and incorporate unique project needs into cost estimates.

MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or BS in a related field (highly preferred)
• 4+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience
• Experience interfacing with customers, architects, engineers, etc.
