While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting roleMinimum 5 years experience in organizational change and communications strategy and planning, with expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, engagement, and strategic communicationOrganizational Change Management experience directly related to cloud ERP technology adoption (preferably Oracle Cloud)5+ years experience in training strategy, planning, design, creation, and deliverySuccessfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management solutionsExperience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadershipAbility to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challengesWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsPosting Category:
