While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervisionAbility to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking1-2 years prior consulting experience specifically implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modulesCertification and/or implementation experience with the following Oracle Cloud modules: CASH, AH, EX, ARStrong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsPosting Category:
