What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED6+ months of manufacturing and forklift experience in the past 3 yearsPrevious forklift experience (preferred)Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM)Ability to lead a team and oversee daily tasks of forklift operatorsProficient in using computers for logging and managing recordsStrong communication and organizational skillsStable work historyAbility to work overtime and weekends when needed
What You'll Do As a Forklift Operations Crew Lead:
Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of forklift operators, ensuring efficient material movementDeliver materials to staging areas and organize workflowRecord and maintain documentation logs, ensuring accuracy and timely reportingShip, receive, and store materials and productsMove raw, semi-finished, and finished materials through various areas of the plantEnsure safety standards and cleanliness are upheld in the work environmentAct as the first point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues with forklift operations
