Event Sales Administrator

to join our team!

You will cultivate an environment of empowerment and hospitality that creates memories for all generations through a shared, world-class entertainment experience.

The Event Sales Manager is responsible for building strong teams - through development, effective staff and guest engagement. They are accountable for a variety of venue business functions and execution of consistent and flawless operational standards. This may include but is not limited to event scheduling, event inventory management, event prospecting and event execution. They must display the ability to uphold Puttshack standards and procedures, maximize financial performance, and build relationships within their community to grow the Puttshack brand.

We'd like for you to have:2+ year of experience in event sales1+ year of administrative experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and organization skillsProficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)Energy and enthusiasmAbility to work on a teamA high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrityAvailability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidaysWhat you'll do:

Answer phones in a timely fashion and assist guests displaying a positive & professional attitude.Run weekly/monthly contests for the EA team & plan outings/celebrations to recognize and incentivize the team.Qualify leads and put them into rotation as they are received.Make event packets and ensure golf is booked correctly on a daily basis.Manage the Booking System daily, with guest lists and updates.Assist in office prospecting in order to better prepare yourself for the next role.Complete event closeouts, relaying any discrepancies between agreements and payments to owning Event Sales ManagerFile closeout paperwork in designated locations as to ensure paperwork can be found when needed.Pre-make packets to ensure they are readily available for pop-ups.Pre-make event information folders to ensure they are readily available for walk-in tours.Identify any discrepancies between events schedule and event packets and relay to owning Event Sales Manager or Event Sales Consultant and the Director of Sales.Review & Print BEO's for the kitchen team for the following week's events and for the sales team for the BEO meetings.Be an example of our core values daily and hold yourself accountable to Puttshack standards.Proactively identify ways to improve the office processes and elevate team excellence.Complete Reports as needed, including Forecasting and all Tripleseat Reports.Act as a liaison between sales and operations.Must be able to multi-task and handle various event needs.The Puttshack experience is really all about having fun - and doing something fun - together.
