Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to remotely support our federal customer located in Clarksburg, WV. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team, while taking part in a multi-year initiative to modernize our federal customer's large-scale IT systems. This role requires at least a Secret Security Clearance, and primary work location is remote.
ResponsibilitiesDelivers projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.Works with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translating this into user stories.Leads the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.Matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary team.Ensures all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).Actively and openly shares knowledge of best practices.Role Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of work experience.Active Tier 3 Secret clearance.Experience working in an agile environmentHigh-level objects include, but are not limited to the following:
Migrate all current-system functionality from the mainframes and operate within a cloud-based environment (AWS GovCloud)Incorporate modern name search capabilities.Expand image handling to accept larger files and support additional file formats, such as PDF.Transition investigative search to Elasticsearch, providing a faster response and report creation time for law enforcement.Build new services to follow a microservices architecture and run within containers using the OpenShift platformTransition database functionality from IBM DB2 to the appropriate cloud data store.Update NIEM schemas and IEPDs to allow agencies to use updated functionality and speed up the dot-delimited message format retirement.Why work for Trilogy Innovations?
