Description•Lead and support the completion of the closing checklists to ensure the restaurant is clean and
stocked prior to departure.
•Responsible for the operations and engagement of the entire closing Front of House, and Drive Thur.
•Communicate complex issues in a timely manner to respective Directors for guidance and follow-up.
•Audit operations in drive thru, dining room, and front of house on an hourly basis or more if
deemed necessary.
•Partner with respective Director to report any team member/team leader performance concerns.
•Provide closing team leaders with specific direction while following up to ensure tasks are
completed.
•Walk the entire restaurant prior to departure to ensure cleanliness and stocking expectations have
completed.
•Respectfully address and coach team member/team leader performance when desired results are
not followed or fulfilled.
•Lead special projects and/or captainships assigned by your respective Director.
