Job Summary:

In this role, you can be part of a team supporting sales compensation for SHI. The Sr. Compensation Analyst position will play a vital role in ensuring the proper administration and execution of compensation plans with a focus on driving business strategy through analysis, management, and development. Work with compensation leader on ensuring alignment of compensation plans to SHI business goalsLead and coordinate analysis of updated or new compensation plan requests per Compensation Plan Governance processProvide What-If scenario modeling and plan effectiveness analysisProvide data-driven recommendations on compensation plans based on analysisManage new business data requests with IT for development in AnaplanConduct market benchmarking analysis against similar roles within the industryEnsure compensation plans adhere to SHI governance policiesSuggestion of Anaplan platform functionality to support compensation plan updates that drive business growthDocumentation and administration of all sales and overlay compensation plans within AnaplanMaintain and audit sales compensation plan structures and codes within AnaplanProvide support and expertise during any User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new processes in AnaplanPartner with cross-functional departments to support sales compensation program at SHIQualifications:

Experience with systems including AX, BI, CRMExperience with sales compensation programs1-3 years of analytical skills1-3 years of working experience with Excel and PowerPointRequired Skills:

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
