The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing hiring support to two manufacturing facilities in the Savannah area. The positions this team member will recruit for may include hourly production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and professionals. This will include relationship building and consulting with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy for tough to fill roles utilizing all available resources.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities:Track and maintain candidate hiring status within an applicant tracking systemScreen, select, and submit candidates to hiring managers throughout the organizationAttend video and in-person interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit for open positionsPromote company brand as an employer of choice within the communityConsult with hiring managers to understand candidate profile and create recruitment strategy plans based on candidate profileBuild relationships and partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure an adequate pipeline of skilled candidatesEvaluate, recommend, and implement new recruitment toolsPlan, coordinate, and represent the company at job fairs and hiring eventsUtilize a variety of resources and methods to recruit talent for a variety of positions (social media, networking, online databases, internet searches, and job fairs)Partner with approved recruiting agency partners for tough to fill roles or during times of high hiring needExtend offers of employment to candidates within established hiring protocols and conduct necessary follow upCoordinate new hire processes from job offer to the team member's first day of orientation including offer letters, drug tests, background checks, and orientation schedulesAssist with temp to hire processes for production staffing needsRecommend and execute hiring process adjustments to increase efficiency and a positive hiring experience for all parties involvedOther duties and projects as assigned by HR managementSupervisory Responsibilities:

Preferred Education & Experience:

B.S./B.A. in human resources, business administration, or a related field3 or more years of experience interviewing and recruiting, requiredPHR or SHRM-CP, preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
