Job Description SummaryThe Compensation Analyst will actively participate in broad-based compensation program development activities for Enterprise, including base pay, incentives, and job evaluation. This position will administer the day-to-day comp operations and annual market survey participation, as well as assist with the organization-wide annual compensation review process.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform job evaluation and market pricing while adhering to the company's compensation philosophy.Work with HR Operations and business clients to ensure receipt of accurate, comprehensive position description questionaries (PDQs) and job descriptions.Coordinate company involvement in market surveys, participate in and oversee analysis of Compensation surveys.Support the design, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.Ensure the administration of company compensation programs complies with established guidelines, processes, and procedures. This may include programs such as incentive compensation, production/sales compensation, annual merit review cycle, geographic differentials, shift differentials, etc. to establish and maintain competitive rates.Consistently apply a working knowledge of applicable federal and state wage and hour laws and regulations. Analyze Compensation policies relative to government regulations and recommend changes as appropriate, including reporting requirements.Advise managers and employees on Compensation policies and FLSA classification.Provide consultation, problem solving and customer service support to client groups.Assist and monitor the annual compensation process with Workday reporting and analysis.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

2-3 years' experience preferred within the compensation function of a Human Resources team, specifically participating in market surveys.A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.Demonstrates strong applied math and analytical skills.Understand computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email.Instills commitment to organizational goals.Excellent organizational, project and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Completing priorities and deadlines.Ability to maintain confidential information. Confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.Strong understanding of Compensation practices and trends.Advanced proficiency in Excel and aptitude for data reporting tool methodology and fundamentals; advanced level.Workday experience; Preferred

The base salary for this role is $75,000 to $85,000, depending on level of skills and experience.

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
