Senior Financial Advisor . The firm is known for its client-first approach and strong company culture.The Senior Financial Advisor will be responsible for and serve as a point of contact for their assigned client relationships, working in a team environment as a Lead Advisor. This position demonstrates a broad base of knowledge across all functions of financial planning, including cash flows, investments, insurance, tax management, retirement analysis and estate planning. The Senior Financial Advisor is responsible for supporting and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate has extensive financial planning experience, strong investment knowledge, and a true passion for building client relationships.Responsibilities:Responsible for satisfaction and retention of the firm’s wealth management clients.Responsible for developing and presenting comprehensive financial plans and long-term investment strategies.Identify new assets within existing book of business as well as new opportunities.Become primary contact for clients’ financial questions and requests and leading client meetings.Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.Collaborate with various team members to ensure a full-scope financial plan is implemented.Requirements:5+ years of HNW client facing experience required.Bachelor’s Degree and Series 65 required.Credentials including CFP, CFA, and MBA preferred.Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.Compensation:
