Candidates will also advise clients regarding federal and state tax implications, choice of entity, federal tax audits, administrative appeals, and managing state and local taxing authorities.Qualifications:
J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation required; willing to take LA bar if licensed outside of LAExcellent communication skills, strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environmentInitiative-taker who also likes to collaborate with a teamSuperior academic credentialsImpeccable research and writing skillsStrict attention to detail and filing deadlinesFormer CPA, government experience, and/or experience with international tax issues a plusWhat Kean Miller Offers
