Lateral/Experienced Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Attorney

With more than 200 attorneys from offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Shreveport, Houston and The Woodlands, Kean Miller serves the legal needs of the people, businesses, and industries that drive the regional economy.Kean Miller is seeking a Lateral/Experienced Associate to join our Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in our Baton Rouge office.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum three (3) years general litigation experience.Experience in taking depositions, writing motions, and responding to discovery.Ability to independently manage a caseload from beginning to end.Must be in good standing with the LA State Bar.Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills. Candidates must demonstrate the ability and the desire to interact directly with Kean Miller’s clients and to further develop client and referral relationships.
