The

Senior Pricing Analyst

will drive the pricing strategy and ensure it aligns with Korpack's overall business goals. This individual will require high attention to detail and a strong desire to win business through validation and price updates through our network of vendors and ERP system.

What Your Day Will Consist of:

Data Analysis and Reporting

Data governance, data cleansing, and data organization to provide maximum efficiency and intelligence to our business users.Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends, and competitors, and report data to decision-makers.Collect, organize, and analyze costing from various vendor options within each opportunity to make recommendations on the best fit.Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff.Audit the tools that are being used to quote to ensure accuracy, reducing liability of potential loss (Calculator Manager)Analyze existing business processes to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.Pricing Validation and Verification

Update and Conduct Price Validation for both Sales & Vendor PricingDevelop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.Recommend pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identify new market segments.Efficiently take large amounts of raw data and construct a usable dataset to make pricing decisions.Collaborate with supply chain, finance, sales and marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies to maintain and grow accounts while showing additional value.Work with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain a clean and reliable dataset.Support in importing and maintenance of over 200,000+ SKUs based on cross-referencing and item creation data from respective departments.SQL queries, subqueries, scheduling jobs/stored proceduresMarket and Trend Analysis

Track customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.Support the Finance team with statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for fluctuations (decrease or increase).Conduct line-level audit Items, vendors, and customers using tools and data provided.RFP/RFQ Support

Assist in large RFP/RFQ organization and data analysis.Assist and develop tools that will allow us to remain FAST and ACCURATE during our quoting processAsk Questions and learn about our product offerings to enhance your ability to support the customerWhat does success look like? The mission of the role is to work with complex data examining industry standards and pricing strategies to help businesses determine and set competitive prices and look for opportunities to improve quoting efforts to increase win rates and sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing items, vendors, and customers as needed to ensure accuracy and reduce potential post-sale errors that could affect our customers.
