Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Analyst to support OZJ (HPSI) with the F-35 effort at WPAFB.The AFLCMC Commander Directed Projects Office will execute AFLCMC/CC-directed projects to provide rapid, informed responses supporting decision making and requirements implementation. AFLCMC/OZJ will consist of one or more multi-functional teams staffed to complete a specific task, project, or program. AFLCMC/OZJ is currently providing acquisition support to the F-35 and Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) programs.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Provide organizational support necessary to coordinate and assist in organization operations, specifically for the System Program Director (SPD), Deputy Director and Chief Engineer and Front Office Group (FOG).Keep the organization apprised as to progress, problems and issues associated with the projectsSummarize the major activities accomplished during the reporting periodDevelop spreadsheets and databases to organize and store program dataProvide support in the planning, formulation, editing, development and publication of finished products, e.g. program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations in the media format requestedProvide support for internal and external briefings and reports by providing expert knowledge and capability in the use of personal computers and operating systems to produce visual aids (slides, briefing charts and other graphics) using appropriate software applications.Assist with establishing and maintaining master files of program data (both classified and unclassified), to facilitate tracking and resolution of issues associated with operations.Assist in the establishment and maintenance of operating instructions (OIs). This includes the development and maintenance of self-inspection checklists.Assist in verifying checklists against administrative processes, and assist in maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies.Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance requiredMasters degree required
Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a Masters degree.
Must possess at least ten years of recent program management experience with a demonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition and have at least ten years of experience in the field of specialized expertise with respect to DoD programs.Shall have an understanding of electronic records maintenance (ERM).Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift 15 lbs.May be required to walk/travel across work location/base.May be required to stand for extended period of time.
