Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to handle various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in maintaining accurate personnel records, assisting with onboarding, and providing support on HR-related matters across all offices.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist will conduct onboarding processes, including orientation and I9/E-Verify, and maintain and update personnel and medical records electronically. This role involves preparing reports in Deltek Vision for payroll processing, handling EEO-1 and VETS-4212 annual filings and conducting random and new hire drug tests. The HR Generalist will also assist with FMLA reporting and communication, always ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:HRCI or SHRM certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP, SCP) preferred.3-6 years of HR experience.At least 2 years of basic accounting education or equivalent experience.Proficient in company and departmental policies and procedures.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all employees.What We Offer:
