The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly managed from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, and translate them into memorable events that exceed expectations.
Pay : $21.50 - $32.00 per hourJob:
Onsite - Full time
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions.Manage event budgets and provide financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency.Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for each event.Research and select venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services.Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.Oversee event logistics including transportation, catering, equipment rental, and accommodations.Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess overall success.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.Proven experience in event planning or coordination with a strong portfolio of past events.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.Ability to work well in a team environment and manage diverse groups of people.Proficient in event management software and social media platforms.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary for events.Benefits
