As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including corporate functions, conferences, workshops, and promotional activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and oversee events from concept to execution.Manage event budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure goods and services.Develop event marketing materials and promotional content to attract attendees.Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback sessions to improve future events.Acquire necessary permits and ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.Assist in creating engaging event agendas and schedules to enhance attendee experience.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or related field.Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably 2+ years.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse groups.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Proficiency in event management software and tools, such as Cvent or Eventbrite.Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.Benefits
