Job DescriptionThe Staff Pad is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the department with various business and operational tasks. This role involves defining and developing performance metrics, creating tools for consistent reporting, and managing continuous process improvements and regulatory reporting. The Analyst will work with data from multiple sources, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), health network databases, business intelligence, financial systems, and quality and compliance systems.

Responsibilities:

Operational and Financial Modeling: Develop comprehensive models to assess the impact of market strategy changes, alternative pricing structures, staffing expansions, new clinical services, and incentive compensation.Reporting: Build and maintain current operational reports for the division and other stakeholders. Prepare and analyze financial, operational, and quality reports and provide them in the required formats.Data Management: Compile, manipulate, and transform data into actionable information. Perform variance analysis and root cause analysis for budget reviews.Continuous Improvement: Act as a resource for continuous quality improvement initiatives, including network projects and development. Support clinical and operational performance through modeling and analytics.Technical Support: Provide technical, database, and assessment support for program and contract management. Create and maintain protocols for reporting, quality assurance, training, and knowledge transfer.Communication: Summarize and adapt information into accessible formats like graphs, pie charts, and key conclusions for various audiences. Present data analyses to internal and external stakeholders.Project Management: Manage network projects to achieve milestones and results. Provide status reports and assist with the development and implementation of project evaluation tools.Collaboration: Work with managers and leadership to interpret project results and develop documents for services and programs provided by the division.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in report administration, operations data, or project coordination.Proficiency in intermediate to advanced report development using Excel, Access, or similar software.Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferredStrong knowledge of project management principles and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to produce detailed reports and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct variance and root cause analyses.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent listening and time management skills.Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
